Linda Weterman - Head of School
MMgmt (Dist.), BAC, NCAET (L6)
Linda leads and manages the Naturopathic College of New Zealand to achieve business, education, quality, team and risk management outcomes – central to this is long term sustainability and continual improvement to the value, quality and educational performance of the programmes.
Linda has extensive experience in the tertiary education sector, having spent the last 20 years in the industry. Some of Linda’s roles over that period include Senior Lecturer, Learning Systems Manager, Head of School and most recently Chief Executive of YMCA for the Greater Wellington region, she brings a blend of business and educational experience to the College. As well as being Head of School, Linda will also be a key member of the Cornerstone Group Senior Management Team.
Tricia Griffin - Student Services and Operations Manager
NCALNE(Voc) L5, NCAET L5, Grad.Dip. Tertiary Teaching, BBS (Mgmt), Dip. HRM (L7) – Bus & Strat HR
Tricia is our Student Services and Operations Manager. Within this role she manages the Student Services team, as well as the curriculum design and quality assurance requirements of the qualifications we offer. She has a BBS in Management and a Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Teaching and has worked in Tertiary education in the PTE, ITO and ITP sectors, which included achieving the National Certificate in Adult Education and Training (Level 5) in 2008 and the National Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education (Vocational and Workplace) (Level 5) in 2011.
Tricia has a background in tertiary teaching, moderation, assessment development, academic and curriculum design and development, training tutors and meeting the quality assurance requirements of NZQA and other external bodies. Prior to taking this role Tricia worked at the Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki (WITT) as an Academic Advisor for 6 years.
When not at work Tricia loves to spend time with family, friends, card-making and her veg garden.
