Anneka Weterman - Student Success Co-ordinator

Anneka is responsible for the coordination and development of support services aimed at improving educational performance achievement, retention rates and destination opportunities of students.These services will positively contribute to a students personal development, well-being and engagement with the College. Anneka has spent four years as a Training Manager for a large Industry Training Organisation and has also carried out projects to identify at-risk trainees and developed targeted plans to support an increase in retention and completions. She also has a background in sport coaching, mentoring and workplace training and assessment. Anneka holds a health science based Bachelor of Sports (Management) and a Workplace Assessor Certificate.

Janine Wright - Quality Co-ordinator

Janines role is to ensure systems and processes are in place to manage self-assessment and evaluation practices and monitors those systems and processes to ensure successful External Evaluation and Review outcomes. Janine has spent a number of years in Secondary School education as a Teacher and in Leadership; has been a Lecturer at Otago University and was a Council Member at WITT prior to moving out of the region. Janine has a clear understanding of the quality assurance requirements within education and adds to the team her understanding of applied research and analysis. Janine holds a PhD in Statistics, Bachelor of Science and Diploma in Teaching (Secondary)

Kimmie Warner - Programmes Administrator

Kimmie monitors all students’ progress throughout the year. Kimmie looks after course completions and the issuing of diplomas and certificates, co-ordinating workshop attendance, extensions, changes to course status and withdrawals. Kimmie has a 25 year background in administration support services. In her spare time Kimmie likes to relax and ground herself practicing yoga and enjoys getting outdoors on vigorous walks with her boisterous Staffy-X Buddha.

Naomi Wilson - Business Support Administrator

Naomi is your initial point of contact here at the College. She is happy to help with anything you may need, from general inquiries through to connecting you to a tutor. Naomi has a background in administration and customer service. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young busy boys, cooking and hanging out at the beach.

Tracey Carayanidis - Enrolment Co-ordinator

Tracey handles all enrolments, public trust contracts, is responsible for processing student loans, training incentive allowances and sending out your notes. She  is a classical homeopath and vet nurse, and brings many years of administrative and natural health care experience to the College. Outside of work she can be found spending time with family and friends, enjoying walks along the beach, or with her nose in a book.

Casey Beard - Student Journey Data Analyst

Casey will provide student management system, learning management system and digital communication administrative support. He has a background as a data and business analyst in the health and power sector and has worked in NZ, Australia and Europe. He will develop systems and processes to ensure we know our students journey well and can respond quickly to enable student success. Casey holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration.
