Ingredients:

  • 1 cup liquid from tinned Black Doris Plums
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 5-10 slices of lemon or orange

Method:

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir to combine.

Step 2
Place over a medium-low heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Step 3
Poor into a jug, mug or heat proof glass to serve. Enjoy!
