Ingredients:

  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Pistachios

Method:

Step 1
Mix the cream cheese, cranberries and ½ a cup of the pistachios in a bowl.

Step 2
Roll the mixture in to a log and then roll the log in the remaining pistachios.

Step 3
Wrap the log in Glad Wrap and put in the fridge for 30 minutes so it’s firm when you serve it.
